Wireless contacts with OPii?

Well I move into a new house at the end of the month. I was going to build this spring, but baby 3 is coming down the pipeline, so needed more space. Bought an 1800sqft bungalow. Needless to say I bought it after it was drywalled. So wireless is pretty much my only option upstairs, as I don't want to fight trying to fish wired contacts to the windows. What is the most reliable hidden switches? I see the ion switches are connectivity partners. Are they the way to go? I found old threads with mixed reviews, but then the plungers were updated. Other options? Opinions? I haven't bought anything yet, house isn't done yet. Looking at getting settled in before I start automation. Easier than troubleshooting while unpacking.

I would use the GE receiver that is compatible with the OP2 as there are more sensors/contacts available.
I would not use the ion sensors on windows as they require a 3/4-inch hole. Otherwise, I have had no complaints about the ion sensors when I use them in doors. Just make sure the antenna is all the way extended in the wall-it is 9-inches long. Be sure to keep the wireless receiver away from your electrical panel and at least 5 feet from the OP2.

So what ge window contacts do you recommend? I prefer non surface mount. Purely for ascetics. The contacts are more for my wife's peace of mind, and automation purposes, than burglar prevention.

Spacing in my utility room is a non issue. It's huge.

There are so many types of GE sensors and they all work pretty well.  Expect 8 - 10 years from batteries. I even use them outside on gates if you waterproof them with some silicon.  They are all reliable, just be careful positioning them too close to metal, and keep the line between them and the receiver free of big metal objects.

Which GE Receiver can be used with OP2?? I'm planning on buying Omni IIe and trying to figure out how can I use 3rd party wireless sensors.

Thanks.
