WIRING AN ELK-960 WITH A PIR MOTION SENSOR

Seeking help on wiring an ELK-960 delay timer with a (5-12V) pir motion sensor(model: DYP-ME003) to control a 5V mini fan. I got the elk-960 powered up (with a 12V power source) and the fan running (with a 5V power source), but can't get the sensor working. I selected example number 3 on the elk data sheet, but got confused with the N/C, COM, TGR, +, - of the motion sensor.

Thanks for your reply BSR. A couple questions:

1- To which wire in the sensor does "N/C" relate to? is it the "GRND"? Does it Connect to "TRG"

2- Does the 22K OHM RESISTOR shown came with the ELK.
