Xantech distance

Mike, they make amplified blocks that can go that distance I believe.

Hi, Does anybody know the max cable distance from an IR receiver to the connecting block? I have to go about 500', 400' underground.

Been a little bit since I looked it up but Xantech lists their distances as 150'-200' on Cat-5(e), 600' on 22/4, 1000' on 20/4 and 2000' on 18/4.
