Well my two year old Yale Z-wave Lock quit working a week or so ago. It has worked flawlessly up until then. The warranty is 1 year but when I contacted Yale support to see how /if it could be repaired they said they will replace the entire lock free of charge! So this is just a Kudos to Yale! I love the lock and now love Yale support.
