WebControl must be running on the fixed frequency for the network portion logic work. Compare to whatever radio you plan to use, it is not much. Most solar cell has 6A current, if you have 5 hours sun shine, that will be 30AH charge current. You can have Webcontrol power on the radio every so often to save battery. In your WEBSET command, you can retrieve the command to change time schedule. For example, you could have 10 different schedule, when WebControl doing WEBSET, you can tell it change from schedule 1 to 5, based on your needs. When certain problem detected, you can have WebControl break regular schedule to turn on radio to report.
