I'm still amazed they don't call on troubles. Normal SOP for a CS.

 
Oh, they call on troubles for sure... there was a time where my OPII was losing supervision on a wireless transmitter every few nights, always around 2:30 AM.  Those phone calls were driving me nuts.  The max time they will let you override trouble calls is 14 days, and then you have to contact them again to restart the 14 day clock.
