I purchased a used Omnitouch 7 after one of my original 3 Omnitouch 7 stopped working. I could not find a new one for sale. I have a Omnipro II controller with 2 other Omnitouch 7s which are working well. The used Omnitouch 7 has firmware v1.930 installed and kernel v1.2. When I try installing firmware v1.7 using PC access it will not download. I try loading it with a USB drive still can’t get it to download. Is there a way to erase firmware and start new? Leviton support is hard to get a hold of these days.
