Small low power PC that can run flash

I am looking for some ideas on a low power pc that all it has to do is display a webpage with flash on it.

The best I have come up with so far is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16856173022 ....

Apple TV would be nice for $100 but seems like a lot of work to get flash working if you can at all

Atom computers are ok but for the price was thinking Fusion is faster and less power I believe.

What about an android tablet (i'd like to recommend a Blackberry Playbook because I love mine, but they're a little pricey)?

Forgot to mention I will either need a monitor connected to them or a TV. This is for digital signage project.

We bought a handful of these for digital signage... they were the first ones that had the power to properly run flash and silverlight - and did it just fine.

I didn't personally look at them, but my staff mentioned that 2 of the 3 of the last batch were DOA - but I never saw a bad one - so I'm not sure if they were just clueless or if they really did have issues. I never saw a single issue with them personally.

Chumby does well playing flash (now AS3) with their propietary OS.

It does OK with web pages and while minimal the 800Mhz CPU / base memory is more than adequate.

The base HW with some already included "stuff" has the capabilities for your digital signage (additional monitor).

It is "low powered".

It's low price of $50 for the Best Buy Infocast 8 around Christmas time in 2010 was ideal.

I use a FIT-PC to run snaplink for my hai config. Uses only 8 watts and has hdmi out.

Relating to small form factor Atom D510 based computers. I current have two of these. Both have been on 24/7 since around December 2010. Both are doing fine.

Shuttle XS35

Around the beginning of the year purchased one of these. I redid the power supply and it too has been on now 24/7 since the beginning of year. I am using this one for my HA server. It is utilizing a micro PS.

Foxconn D510

Both of the above D510 based computers were purchased on sale for less than $200 for the Shuttles and less than $100 for the Foxconn.

I haven't played with new AMD based motherboards in quite a while. I do have 2 AMD based servers online and they have been fine for the last few years. I also have first gen Intel Atom based PCs in two automobiles and they have been fine. One replaced an Epia Via based CarPC. I have not read good things about the newer gen Intel based Atom CPU motherboards.
