I always thought an app notification would be ideal so it could be turned off, etc. Calls are never ideal due to the fact that the people setting it off inadvertently are also frantically calling. I'll add to my list of questions for the amazing @pete_c. I hope to hop on the phone with him soon...

Hello - I have an Omni LTe and my alarm Audible Exit Delay and alarm Entry Chime stopped working. This has happened before and a simple power cycle would fix it but not so much this time. Any ideas? Thanks!

How can I be sure Output 8 and Zone 16 are doing what they should be doing?

Well, now it's working. I Googled my IP again, noticed it was a different number than a few hours ago, and typed that number in the Snaplink app as well as in PC Access under Options>Network and everything worked. I did nothing different than earlier today. So annoying. I really wish I knew...

After a power outage, it seems my IP address has changed (I guess this is normal?) and now I can't connect to the Omni. This happened a few weeks ago so I Googled my IP, typed it in the Snaplink app and I was able to connect while offsite. Now, I can't get it to connect at all and I'm thinking...

That's just it, the word Area doesn't exist under Setup. I see it under Status/Control when I connect. And there's only 1. I see Area 1 on the mobile app. It'd be great to be able to rename that but I'd rather get tstats connected first.

I just stumbled upon something in Help>Contents>PC Access>Setup>Thermostats>Areas. What the heck are Areas? Does the LTe have more than 1? If so, wonder if these stats got moved to another one? I have no where to edit 'Areas' so I'm baffled by this too.
