Thanks for the feature comparison, but what about "feel" and ability to set dimming level precisely from the switch.  I am not too thrilled with the Simply Automated switches from that perspective.

I coupled an Enerwave dual relay with a motion detector flood light so the motion detector would trigger the relay to turn the light on or off or I could turn it on or off via my Homeseer ZEE v2.  After I added the relay, my Homeseer would no longer control X-10 and I thought my CM11A interface...

One other thing:  I like the ability to set them to go to the last level when they are turned on.  My current PCS X-10 switches do that.

I would like a recommendation on UPB switches.  I currently have old PCS X-10 switches and they dim and brighten perfectly and have a good feel.  I got some Simply Smart switches and they do not feel as good in operation but more importantly I have trouble getting the lighting level correct. ...
