I am talking about the termination bridge that terminates the device if required. Not all but a few of them are open at the top with a wire that bridges both sides. I must have broken it when I used a pair of long nose pliers to bridge the termination. Hope that helps.

This system worked flawlessly for 3 years. Now I have to do just what you stated in your reply. That should not happen. I will go back and see if my terminations are correct. The only zones that do not work are the BERG zones. The smoke and PIR's always come back.

Thank you for your reple Yes I did as you suggested. This device was number 1 on the address. What I did was move all the other keypad back one address so I had a device on address 1, 2 and 3. The removed keypad on address one went away. I guess Elk wants all address in sequence.

Leviton does not return emails or phone calls. When you call now regarding the VRCOP or VRUBS they tell you an engineer will call and they never do.

Leviton is no better. They are AWOL as an Elk partner on the Zwave products.

I tried the VRCPG. It did not support locks or I could not get it to support locks. Returned the product to the seller.

I just got off the phone with Homeseer.   They recommend that I order HS3 and a Smart Stick. The HS3 does have a plugin for Elk (just not listed on the trial software). Also the HS3 will interface with my Leviton VRCOP controller. The Smart Stick will allow me to use any current Microsoft...
