lostdog, In the case of MainLobby (Cinemar Software) we have a Generic Serial Driver that allows users to communicate with any devices we don't support. Or we also offer custom services to develop a driver for you.

Digger, I have roughly 40 Insteon switches and have not noticed any Insteon issues. In our original research, we couldn't find anyone online with TED and Insteon issues. I did find some reports of X10 and TED issues.

Digger, I gave about 20 demos this weekend of my personal system and after they viewed the Energy Management interface, I had an overwhelming number of people saying they would benefit from this after their last energy bill. It's really cool to turn on/off lights and see the gauges move in...

Can you post a sample of the gray box that you are seeing? My first thought that this was an Adobe Flash issue but need to see this gray box to find out if it's something we create or not. Are you running on a low powered device with perhaps little memory?

Anyone know how the integrated IR port works? Is it just for lighting or possibly controlling other components?
