I'm not a customer. I was just asking a theoretical question. I couldn't find anything on the net to turn an ip camera's feed into a video signal and then to be modulated
ie. streamer box to avi out
B&W image is from an X10 NightWatch2 Wired cam. Color from an XCam2 WideEye Wireless cam that that fallen and can't get up. The wireless receiver is plugged into a capture card. Activehome pro can view this as well using the Iwatch plugin Zoneminder does all my recording.

If you know your model number and if you're a good googler you can find out how to reset most security panels. Granted you will have to reprogram but it's not that difficult
I've been using it since January. I had some snags with firmware using the broadband adapter (generates it's own dialtone for the security system and it dials directly into next alarm) and with some of the contact id communication formats.
You will get a communication failure alert sent out...

Until the end of the year which is only like 3 days. You can get Active Home Pro and the 3 plugins that are $49 each for just $49.99. Upsetting because I Just purchased one of the plugins for this price

It's like the size of a power charger.. it fits inside the cap of the ceiling fan that goes against the ceiling. The model of fan that I purchased wasn't big enough to put both inside. As for the UPB version I'm not certain.
What I ended up doing was installing X10 controlled fixtured modules in the fan. I can control the on/off fan and on/off/dim of the light from the X10 Wall Switch or via X10 from a remote or Automation Software
