Thanks @pete_c ! What's an SA switch? I've seen Upstart mentioned here but am not sure exactly what I need to get it going. Any chance you can point me to a guide or summary?

I've read that the blue LED indicator on the HAI switches can be configured or turned off. We have two in our bedroom that I'd really like to turn off. In PCAccess I've tried the command to "LED Off". Can't get it to work. Any ideas what I may be missing? It asks for a "LED number" of 1-8...

Updating this in case anyone with the same problem finds this via search.....in order for the thermostat to respond to a setpoint change command you have to make sure Hold is turned off. Once I added a command to change Hold to Off was able to change setpoint ;)

Apparently the default password is just "password".....

I'm getting prompted to enter a password at startup, but I don't see a default password anywhere.  Am I missing something?

Thanks, any suggestions for where to get it?  I see the PC Access for End Users and the regular dealer PC Access.  I can't find anyone who has them.  Even reached out to the original installer, no luck there either.
