110 powered candles

I'm looking for some of those flickering faux candles but all I can find are battery powered units. Anybody know of some 110 units?

Thanks
Lance

You can also buy flickering bulbs for regular devices. The ones that I have seen so far are the small base like in some fans/sconces/chandaliers.

They also make low-voltage flickering candles...via a transformer, of course. But if you're looking to put them within kids reach, you might consider that over 110, as I'm sure those get way too hot.

I've got some from here that run on 12v that work well:

They also make outdoor lanterns that are nice. I've purchased a few of these kits and took the guts out to install in larger candles and in a few outdoor fixtures that are connected to the 12v supply for my other low voltage yard lighting:

Here I use window candles from here, http://windowcandles.com/index.php , 12v but they are very nice, no more cords, no more picking up the candle off the floor or tripping over it. There are a variety of bulb types. I converted them here to run off solar power instead of transformers.

We have some of these and found that the LED's light output fades quickly. the oldest is about 4months and the newest about a week old and they are like night and day in light output.

The ones I use aren't LED, they're little incandescent bulbs (I may have linked the wrong ones?).

Here's a link to the bulbs:

I think they look much nicer than the LED powered candles I have seen, but they do consume more electricity

I have used the same triple incandescent candle bulbs for a couple years and haven't noticed any fading. They have a high WAF.

Thanks for the link. I called them and they don't make the incandescent candles anymore. Just LED. They said there shouldn't be a fading issue with the LED. Nightwalker are you impressed with the canles other than this dimming issue?

the candles i'm using are 12v. I can't say that i've noticed an issue with them dimming over time. I have noticed dimming on some 120v led bulbs I used to have.
