1wire analog input expansion

I using one of the following 1-wire USB 9097 devices from same company. Its been about two years now and I multiple 1-wire devices on it. Working fine. I paid for a package deal of the USB 9097, two temperature sensors and extension cables. I cut one of the cables and tapped into one of the 1-wire networks that I have with temperatures, humidity and dual counters on it. I have the device plugged into a Digi 7 port USB hub. I have multiple 1-wire networks using Temp0X devices (3X) and Maxim 9097 Serial devices (4).

How is it working with the WC? From initial reports, I had doubts it would be more than perhaps 8 bits of usable conversion.
I would love to be wrong, and have you tell me you're getting 12 bits or better worth of usable data without lots of jitter.
I need 8 A/D on a project I'm doing at the moment. I was going to use a 4053 and one output bit to multiplex 8 inputs onto the 4 A/D inputs, but if this works suitably then I can save the effort!

I think Peter just using that 1-wire USB on computer, not with WebControl.
DS2450 does not have the onboard A/D accuracy. That accuracy problem caused Dallas no longer making such a chip.
We may provide a chip to work on 1-wire bus to simulate DS2450 in the future with better precision and stability.
Most Microchip controllers provide 10 bit precision only. We wished they providing 12bit or higher A/D capability in the chip supporting ethernet.
