In case you aren't monitoring the Home Automation Software List, I just added another app today that allows you to interact with your INSTEON network using Android. QW Home Automation is a client-server based platform, and the server part can run on Windows and Linux. The author has also indicated that support for X10, ZigBee, and Z-Wave is in development. The software is free, and both the Android client and server software is available for download now.
