ThinkFlood released the RedEye Pro earlier this year, which has the ability to control not just all of your home theater equipment, but also your home automation and any other devices via its serial port and the powerful LUA scripting language. Currently, the scripting enigne only supports communicating via the serial port, but they are actively working on adding IP support as well (since the unit already has an Ethernet interface). The RedEye Pro is available via a dealer/integrator only, but the MSRP is supposed to be around $749.
