Your right its not cool - until you actually have it.
I have installed systems where this exists. The reaction from the wife after they realize what the real implication is, its is unbelievable. They become true believers in HA. (KISS principle works just as well here)
Once you have that on your side, extras are very easy
They need to do the article from a (non-technical) womans point of view.
