This script will download a specified file from a specified FTP server (for now, adding more modes) and calculate the speed based on that transfer.
Most ISP's have a local FTP Server where you can download the latest updates from them, this would allow you to verify if you are getting the speeds you paid for, or if you specify an internet server (as provided in the example), you can test the average speed you get.
The script will automatically created the bandwidthmonitor.ini file with default settings if it doesn't exist yet, so you might want to check those values, and adjust to your liking.
