Based on getting a new phone with Bluetooth, I've started playing with this. I have the Cherryware app, Bluetooth Lock, and am sending info to my HA software (PowerHome) telling it if I am in or out of range. More info in this post on the PowerHome forum.
I was going to use it to put my system into Away mode, set back the HVAC and such, but realized that there would be times when other people would still be in the house.
Anyone else here using Bluetooth for this?
