Bosch motion going out of adjustment?

I installed a Bosch ISC-BPR2-W12 in our kitchen. It used to work great would detect motion every time you would walk into the kitchen. Now, it seems to have gone out of adjustment. You can walk around and it takes it a good 10 seconds some times before detecting motion.
 
I think it started when I installed our new KPNAV, but not sure how this would have any effect on the motion.
 
Would this be a bad motion? do they occasionally need to be adjusted?

Based on this statement, the first thing I would check for is good 12 volt power to the sensor.

Really shouldn't be any need for adjustment.

You need to ask the question of "what changed since I installed & adjusted the motion"
 
Any changes or obstructions? How are you walk testing it? What is the zone voltage reading?
 
Also, these units use solid state relays, not descreet components, which could be another issue.

No obstructions. I can wave my hand pretty close, but it does not triger it. I can walk half way into the kitchen before it triggers.

In RP and at the zone, what voltage is showing?
 
At the detector, what voltage do you have at the detector? Do you have any voltage between any other cable pairs?
 
What is connected to the panel's aux? What sort of and how many devices?
 
Is the detector's LED enabled? Is it flashing?
 
There are some operational differences between solid state and discreet components, which I'm not going to get into in this case, because there's basic troubleshooting that needs to be done first.

Thanks. I did not get a chance to dive into problem yesterday. I will when i get a chance this weekend and report back what i find. I think my wire to this location is a 22/6 so if one wire ends up being bad, I can always swap, but i would imagine it is another problem since it worked fine before.
 
The LED on the motion is enabled and does come on when it detects motion. It also does trip alarm when motion is detected. LED does not flash.

Ok, took off Motion face, I am measuring 13.68v at power, and 13.48v at sensor contacts.

On RP, it goes from zero to 13.5 when motion is detected. However, I put on face plate with alarm on, and now LED does not turn on.

On the three sets auxiliary 12vdc power ouputs on M1 Control:
1st: 4 motions, 1 glass break
2nd: 2 glass breaks.
3rd: 0 devices.

Do you have an EOL resistor inline with this?  Are the correct settings set in RP (eol defeated or active)?  Is something 'bumping' the terminal strip when the case is on?

no EOL Resistor. Settings are correct and have not changed:
Def: 01=bugrlar entry/exit 1
Type: 1=normally closed.
 
The motion was never touched when problems started occurring. only thing i can think of are terminal screws in control. I will check those.

I took it off and there are no obstructions. Goes on easy. I checked all wiring in control all is good. I moved two motions to the next set of empty Aux power.
 
I currently have a total of 235ma of power on control. 4 Motions at 10amps, 3 GB at 25, 6 smokes 120. I will eventually add an additional smoke, but that is still under the 300ma I am allowed with all other ELK devices I have installed.
 
I tweaked the sensitivity, and it is a little better. Currently it is set to pet friendly, but we have no pets. I guess i could set it to petless... but again, it was always set to pet friendly and it worked great.

Are you factoring in standby current or in alarm current? Big difference, and in the case of the M1, you only have 1A to play with.
 
Have you moved the unit to another base to see if the problem follows?
