Cannot connect M1XEP

Hi All
after first installed ELKRP, the M1XEP was detected fine, I made a mistake, I didn't send to ELK, but I got my ELK connected with a message about zone conflict. I deleted them all, after reboot, now I can no longer connect or detect the M1XEP.
Any help/ advice would be appreciated.

I have figured it out. IP address was conflicted.
