Can't figure out where my sirens are

I had an old ADT system and recently replaced it with an Elk.  I hooked up the 12v sirens that were previously installed, and they work.  They are LOUD and it's impossible to tell where the sound is coming from.  I can't figure out where they are mounted.

Are these things super tiny?  There is NOTHING mounted anywhere that looks like a siren.  I've gone over the room with a fine tooth comb, there's nothing.  But yet, the sound is there and almost disorienting because it's so loud.

Any ideas?  Was it common for ADT to hide these somehow?

There should be two.  One "exterior" probably near an attic vent; one "interior" probably near a furnace vent or the cold air return.  It should be easier to locate them if you try one at a time.

Then, I suggest you install an "exterior" siren!  In quotes because you would actually have it inside but where it can easily be heard from the street.

I plan on it.  But, I'll probably put it on a relay, and use an automation rule to do a delay on it before it fires.  My wireless glass breaks have proven to be pretty sensitive.  My daughter screaming set one off a couple of days ago, as well as a toilet lid being slammed.
