In my area, you need to be trade to get it from the distributors that sell it, no OTC for public.

I suggest you call Centralite and get a contact for your regional sales manager. A few years ago you could buy parts from them at about 5% markup over dealer prices.

I've got accounts with a couple of security/automation distributors already, so I can buy it.  The reason I asked if it was available to regular schmoe's, is because it's easier to find documentation and required software for it when that's the case.

A nice thumbdrive with all of that is easy enough to get and leave behind.....how often does the software really change?
