Woah! Can you make that "Alternate" the default! The chat room actually fits to the screen. Running on a 1920 x 1080 monitor, the default chat in comparison looks like a thumbnail This is not only good for large screen resolutions, as it resizes to whatever you size the browser window to.

I'm sure this is unrelated to chat, but while you're busy fixing things....is there a reason that I see "-1 New Messages" in my upper right? It seems I'm in a new message deficit.

It's just a bug with the Invision Board software.

If you're really into chat, you should use a separate irc client like mIRC, ICEchat, Trillian, etc. The built in Java chat is as basic as you can get.
