cheap stand-alone thermostat solution

Happy Holidays everyone.

I'm looking for a very cheap outdoor solution that can turn OFF a heat lamp when surrounding temp on a mini greenhouse reaches 40F or turn it ON when it goes down to 30F. Are there any thermostats like this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
