Clock Law

Is this the same reason my brother insists that a Coke from McDonald's is better than a can or bottle from his home?

hehehe

And on the MS time sync note, yeah, the MS time sync is dependent on the chain of time servers it syncs to, and I suspect they aren't as cleanly managed and maintained within in the MS domain system as they are with a good multi-level NTS heirarchy.

I have had two alarm clocks with 9v battery backup, and every time power goes out, the clocks GAIN time at the rate of about 1 min per 10 minutes of outage. Now, you can get better accuracy than that with today's chips and such... so IMO, the battery doesn't really save you anything.

What we need is a way to shut off the clocks that we don't need/use! (Short of clipping the internal power.)

One of these days I need to get someone in Food Sciences to quantify soda differences for me. The stuff out of a plastic bottle acquires a chemical aftertaste, like it is leaching something out of the plastic. The cans are better than the plastic. The stuff that used to come out of glass bottles was good. Restaurant soda quality probably varies widely, depending on the water filtration, water-to-syrup ratios, and CO2 to mix ratio.

You mean like black electrical tape? :D

I fixed the check engine lite on my car with black electrical tape.

Also, one of my cars had a giant high beam indicator that blinded you ( doesn't anyone at the factory look at this stuff ) that I fixed the same way

Once when a guy couldn't afford an operation, the doctor touched up the x-rays .
( I know that has nothing to do with any thing... so sue me) :D
