Coax is cheap (at least in relationship to what you're spending for the house) and installing it while the walls are open is easy. If you never use it, so what?
However, if you DO need it in the future and have to add it at a later date....well, you'd better hope the dog is willing to share his doghouse, because the lord and master of the house (the wife dummy, not the cat!) will be just a little annoyed at the expense and trouble involved in retrofitting.
