While testing some new water detectors, I managed to set off the panel today. I was logged in to the XEP's java/web interface at the time. I tried punching the disarm code a couple of times, but it did not disarm. I had to run downstairs and use the keypad to shut off the blaring alarm.
Is it just not disarmable when sounding via the XEP? or am I missing a config option somewhere?
