Since I have installed my SAI US2-40 wall switch, I have noticed this X10 traffic in my home automation software log files:
The only thing I can think of is that this is the new UPB switch I installed, reporting back every hour what the status is, since it uses the C2 device ID in the Elk M1 (which has both the X-10 and UPB interface), and translates UPB to X10 and X10 to UPB. It seems to be happening every hour. The UPB appliance & light modules don't seem to be doing this, so I am hoping someone can confirm, this is normal behavior.
