Looks like UltraView with a few modifications. I wonder why the home page doesn't show a screen shot. If the software were outstanding wouldn't you put a visual screen shot on the main page?

I believe Golden Crater is who built the driver and app for the WGL Rain8Net relay box. I did a little beta testing with them and had a couple of coorespondance with the developer. Good experience.
