hiya folks.

i purchased 2, 8 channel dvr cards from ebay, ive installed them both on my pc and and im using some software called dvrnet which came with the cards, installed ok but when i run the programme i can only see 8 camera's, the other 8 split screen boxes just carry the dvrnet logo. i cant see anywhere wher i can get the programme to reconise their are 16 camera's. ive switched the top dvr card (which showed the cameras) with the bottom one and it works but still only 8 camera's, ive changed the cameras around and they all work, ive checked my device driver and its loaded 16 dvr880 video drivers and the same with dvr880 audio, can anyone shed any light as its doing my nut in.

ive already unistalled and tried each card seperatley and theyre fine. the software does show when i attach both cards that there is options for 16 but i only get to play about with 8 camers, please help me
thanks

My first guess would be that there is a jumper or dipswitch setting on the card that made it a secondary card. Both cards are probably set as primary and thus you can only see the first card that is registered. Did the cards come with a manual? If not, maybe you can post a digital picture of the card and someone will recognize it.

Best of Luck,

Rod
