Elk C1M1 Diagnostic Utility

I just bought an Elk C1M14GSM to replace my failed M1XEP (which I had already replaced once before) and I have it connected.

Unfortunately, even though it grabs an IP via DHCP, it renews the lease every 3 minutes, dropping all connections in the process. Would anyone happen to have access to the C1M1 Diagnostic Utility? Supposedly with it, you can set a static IP address.

I looked on the Elk website and can't find it, but I only have an owner-level account, not a dealer/installer account.

For reference, unlike in the literature, it's called the C1M1 Configuration Utility, and you can grab v1.2.24 at https://www.elkproducts.com/LiteratureRetrieve.aspx?ID=142594 (requires dealer login)
