Elk, e-mail, and Bluebottle - Help?

I can't seem to get this working correctly so I was hoping someone here could help. I have a bluebottle email account all setup. In the Elk's M1XEP I have the server URL set to "mail.bluebottle.com", the From address as my account full address, the username as my full e-mail address, and the pw as my password. Do I need to have the "requires logging onto the incoming server to send mail..." checked? I tried both ways and never got any mail.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

I could not get outgoing email to work when I first bought my Elk/Eth interface. It turned out I had older software on the M1 and Ethernet expander than ElkRP expected. Updating the firmware fixed my issue.

I can't get mine to work my Godaddy email account. I have it working on my Axis cameras, I copied the info right into the M1Gold and it doesn't work. I updated the firmware in all of my ELK products including software and still doesn't work.
