ELK M1 and ISY insteon

Help!  What am I doing wrong?  I have imported the lighting into the ELK, they show up on RP and the keypads, but the keypads do not control the lights, but it thinks it does.  What am I missing?
Thanks for any ideas!

I am not sure what the optional ELK firmware is.  I found on ISY the log is constantly disconnecting and successfully reconnecting for about 4 seconds and starts again.

Do you have the Elk module for ISY?

You might explain in depth exactly what you are trying to do and what the results are.

"they show up on RP and the keypads, but the keypads do not control the lights, but it thinks it does." doesn't really tell us much. What rules have you written to control the devices?

First of all, highly recommend the ISY's Elk Module and controlling all lighting via ISY rules, vs doing it in Elk rules.  Much better than importing lighting and whatnot IMHO.   That being said...

I can't remember if these are relevant for ELK-->ISY access via the old way or not, but they are typically needed for automation systems to interact with the Elk.

Do you have the globals G29-G42 Serial Port 0 options checked under ElkRP?
Do you have "Access" unchecked on your user ID ?

Smarthome does sell a combination kit. With the ELK equipment and an ISY994i/ PLM combination.
It does not include the optional ELK Firmware Module. Needed for full use of all features.
They do supply a How To instruction sheet, to connect them together but with limited features. Without buying the ELK Module.

Thanks for the feedback.  I do have the ELK/ISY module.  The globals are checked.  WHat I want to do is turn on all lights if the alarm is triggered.  I wrote the program in ELK.  The keypad shows all the lights, but do not control them (it thinks it does).  Also, since I posted this, I noticed that the event log on ISY is showing connection to ELK and a disconnection within 4-5 seconds.  This is occurring continuously.  I have the feeling that is what the issue is.  WHat would cause the constant reconnection/disconnect?
