Elk M1 and SSX-52 - Amseco Potter Armored Siren

I have an ELK M1 Gold set up with the SSX 52 Amseco Potter Aromored Siren on output 2.  The siren is off as usual when no alarm is sounding and on when an alarm is sounding.  However, once I deactivate an active alarm, the siren changes from a loud alarm siren to a low chirp instead of turning off.  It will continue to do this until I restart the system and then it makes no noise.
 
I have no rules set up that could be causing this.  Anyone else have this issue or have this siren hooked up with the ELK?

Thanks for the info.  I had searched and saw those posts but assumed they weren't applicable since it only chirped after an alarm was activated.  I looked back through those posts and gave a try with adding some 100 ohm resisters in parallel that I had around from when I connected the Elk to my Onq Intercom system and the chirping sound is gone .  It's great that this community is here.
