Is there a way to control a carrier infinity HVAC system while still useing the infinity Thermostat? I know I can replave the T-Stat and for say install an omnistat2 or something of the sort. But would be nice to get into the System control from the my ELK while still being able to use the infinity system the way it was ment to be.

Where do I get the software driver for the ELK? I dont see it on ELK's Site for the M1XSP. And what are the setting for the M1XSP Jumpers?
Here is what I have at home I have two inifinity HVAC Systems For 1st and 2nd Floors. Do I need two of the Carrier serial port boards or just one to control both units? and do you have the model number/numbers for the serial port Boards?
Also with this what control will the M1 have with my carrier? what info will I be able to get from my M1 about the HVAC?

I just looked at the Carrier inifity SAM. I see that it can control Two HVAC Units. If I buy one of them to control both of my units. will my ELK-M1 gold connected to the serial port see both HVAC units?
If so the $1000 for the sam is not too bad if you think about buying two controlable thermostats would cost in the range of $500 - $700 for both.
Does anyone know where you can buy the SAM Unit? I see Three diffrent Versions out there being two way pager, Network, Network/wifi.

What would you use for the temperature feedback?
Wouldn't you get Temp Feedback from the infinity System?
