Elk M1 entry tone not working

I just installed an Elk M1 gold system and for some reason the entry tone is not working. When the alarm is armed, and I open my front door, I see the entry countdown on my keypad but my keypad doesn't make a beep to alert me that the alarm will go off if I don't enter my code. I have set up my keypad to have a beep volume of 2 and the "silent during entry/exit" are both not checked. I'm not sure what's going on. Anyone else have this problem or know what the solution is?

Is the chime on?

Yes chime is on for both the keypad and all the zones. When I turn the alarm on on that keypad, it does make a few beeps. This affects all my keypads.

Are you sure the sensor on that door is working? Also make sure it is not bypassed.

I would crank the volume up and maybe play with the keypad beep tone. If that doesn't work, I would probably call/email Elk, it may be a bad keypad.

Changing the tone and the volume didn't work either. What's weird is that this affects all 4 of my keypads. So it's not like 1 defective keypad. It makes a beep for everything EXCEPT the entry warning beep.

Actually, it turns out it only affects my touchscreen keypads. I have one normal keypad that does beep. But my 3 touchscreen keypads don't make a sound.
