Okay, as some of you know i am designing stages of my ELK M1 isntall.
I have selected a custom PC-based DVR system for my survelliance CCTV system (32CH). And i have a Asterisk (VOIP PBX) server that has a intercom feature on my phones throughout the house.
Here is what i want to do:
1. Broadcast the door & entry gate CCTV to the ELK Gui and control the door/gate (open/close) from the GUI.
My questions are:
1. The CCTV software allows for broadcast to IP on the lan (website). Is there anyway to program a browser window in the GUI to view the CCTV broadcast?
My solution to the 2 way communication with door & gate: Connect the dialer at the gate to FXO card on the Asterisk box and use diall all.
2. But out of curiousity, what are you ELK guys using for intercom or door/gate 2 way communications?
