Elk m1 - how can I disable zone 1-16 from the nav keypad?

I've wired up my m1 including Ethernet, nav touchscreen keypad, and rf wireless adapter.

I'm still waiting for my elk website password so I can download the rp software.

When I power on, the keypad shows zone 1-16 fault. I try to disable them but it won't let me set the zones to type 00 from the touchscreen keypad. It just gives the error beep-beep sound.

Where can I download the rp software while waiting for elk to give me access to their downloads section? How can I disable those zones from the keypad?

If the EOL resistors aren't installed, try adding them on the panel...this might be the cause.

I have nothing connected to Zone 01-16...

I only have the nav keypad + eol, wireless receiver for honeywell + eol, m1exp connected right now... do I need an EOL on the control for z1-16?

No - with the Elk, you only need EOL on the zones configured for it.

Rumor has it you received a link to RP in your PM's - did you get it working? And if so, did you try just disabling the zones and re-synchronizing?
