ELk M1, Relays, and power-cycling of ELK

I could have sworn that a while back I read about a quirk of the M1 & it's relay board that when the power to the ELK was cycled that it would then 'trigger' all of the relays attached.

Am I just imagining things?

I want to use a relay panel to control my garage doors but am worrried that a power loss/re-gain would cause all the doors to open.

I have garage doors tied in and haven't seen an issue since hooking it up. I have a door contact on the door and when it opens I get an email.



FYI...This was fixed in version 4.2.6:

31. Resolved issue which could cause outputs 3 and outputs 7 thru 16 to occasionally blip on.
