ELK-M1KPNAV - Navigator Touchscreen Keypad

I recently purchased and M1 Gold Panel and a Navigator keypad.  It is my only keypad and the keypad synchronizes to the panel but for some reason the touchscreen of the panel does not work. It shows the main user screen but nothing works. Any ideas other than a faulty product?

Most common mistakes are incorrect terminations of the data bus and address conflicts.  If this enrolled properly with the Elk M1 and you were able to synchronize I would call Elk tech support.
 
Might want to check to make sure all firmware (M1 and Keypad) are up to date as well.

I received a fault KPNAV, the alignment was all off.
 
As long as you are sure you set the address correctly and are running a firmware that is compatible with the KP, contact Elk for a new one.  They're very fast and easy to work with.
