I am trying to install a new Navigator to my system and I am unable to press any buttons on the bottom half of the screen. Very perplexing, maybe I am doing something wrong in my install?
I am running the correct versions of control (5.2.8 for M1 and software 2.0.14). I am using the second to last terminal in my Elk M1DBH, it is terminated using the RJ45 with resistor. No issues with the other databus devices. I unplugged my other other keypad with address 1, plug in the Navigator and enroll using RP software. It replaces the keypad with KP1NAV, then I go to the keypad itself and try to press Clear for 15 seconds. It always presses the button 1 instead which is in the middle upper half of the keypad. On startup, if I try to change the address it doesn't acknowledge my button press.
I tried to reflash the firmware (it was already on the most recent) and the effect is the same. Any help would be appreciated, I'm thinking this is a bad keypad though.
