Elk M1togo hangs

I just recently installed a KP keypad, the first keypad being  a kp2. Everything is working fine except for M1togo. When I switch M1togo to view the KP keypad and try to look at the system status the software hangs and  freezes. The status displays fine for  the KP2. I have searched around the net and have seen some reference  to the temperature functionn of the KP keypad causing the problem but it was a vague reference.
 
Has anyone else had this problem? Have a cure?

I haven't seen any issues with it, but I've only used it with KP2's.

I have 6 keypads, 3 KP2s and 3 KPs. and don't have your symptoms.Status displays regardless of which keypad I've switched to w/o any hangs.

Update - I went back and forth with Elk tech support and they say that the problem that I described is being addressed in the next version release of M1togo.
