Elk newbie!! Help needed

Ok I have a used Elk M1EZ along with the ELK-M1EZ8 and ELK-M1KP. I have everything hooked up and loaded the latest ElkRP (ver 1.6.24) and created an account. The first thing I noticed was that the keypad is flashing a "Serial Exp Ethernet Trouble" and was told by the previous owner that he did in fact have a M1XSP serial port module hooked up to this EZ8. So I need to figure out how to get rid of that error.

Also my Bootloader is Ver 3.1.13 and Firware Ver 4.3.10 and I need to figure out how to get them to the latest. The Control5.exe file does not have a EZ bootloader from 3.1 to 3.3.2

Thanks

John

I see in your picture a 3.1.X to 3.3.2 bin bootloader. Have you tried using that .bin file to upgrade your bootloader before you try to update the firmware?
