ELK - notification to disarm Open front door when armed

I am sure I am missing a simple setting but I have nbeen all through the programming tools. I wasn't some kind of beep to tell me to disarm alarm when I open front door. Do I need to make a rule?

What keypad do you have? I have KP2 keypads and by default the give a tone during the entry delay. The only reason I can think you don't have a tone is you have the keypad set to Silent during entry delay.

I had that unchecked but I then saw the button near it about keypaad beep volume.. set that to 1 and all set. thanks..
