I finally started bench testing my ELK unit last night. I got everything hooked up (ELK M1 Gold, M1KP2 keypad, M1XEP ethernet interfact, and the M1RF2G wireless board) and I was getting an overvoltage overcurrent error on the keypad. When I disconnected the M1RF2G the error stopped.
I had both the keypad and M1RF2G wired into the control board directly - basically home run each unit to the board. I verified the JP1 jumpers were installed on both the keypad and the M1RF2G since they are both acting as end of line devices.
Any suggestions to fix theovervoltage overcurrent problem? I'm sure it is a user error, but since I'm brand new to all of this, I can't see the problem.
Thanks,
