T Travis4710 Member Oct 4, 2016 #3 Panel was installed in 2014. The existing account was exported from the same panel. I updated computers, installed ELK RP on the new computer and when I tried to import the elk account I received the error.

Blow out the entire install including the hidden folders and try again? Click to expand... The thing I dislike about having to do this, is that I lose all the comments I've entered into the rules. Having said that, I do agree that this would be an easy solution in this case.
