ELK vs others?

Many posts seem to indicate ELKM1 Gold is the package of choice. I have Napco 9600 that i run with Homeseer. Any reason to switch?

It would depend what else you want to do. I know both panels and while there is nothing wrong with the 9600 but it is no ELK M1. Many of the things that the 9600 can not do you are probably doing with Homeseer though. Remember if you convert you can only salvage the hardwired devices as the Napco wireless is not compatible with the ELK M1.
